Lil Roy Finally Revealed The Truth About His ‘’2020’’ Slogan In A Song Titled ‘’Woti Obedo Bor’’

It has always been a culture for the Gulu town based northern Uganda’s legendary singer Roy Pimungu popularly known by his stage name Lil Roy to be chanting ‘’2020’’ followed by ‘’we are taking over’’ in all his songs since the start of his career back in 2008.

As 2020 nears fans of the ‘’best friend’’ hit maker and critics has been questioning the artist of late whether there could be any hidden secret behind his ‘’2020’’ slogan since the singer has been out of the limelight for over four years and only made a comeback in 2017 with songs like ‘’lecturer’’ and ‘’pe wene’’ among others

Lil Roy couldn’t wait for 2020 to come for him to let the cat out of the bag and in his latest song titled ‘’woti obedo bor’’ produced at complex studio by producer Kaunda the singer actually says it was a dream to be alive and making music up to 2020 and he goes on to say that 2020 has finally come and he is thanking his fans and God for guiding and protecting him in the course of this long journey met with a lot of ups and downs as he goes ahead to highlight on his success in the music industry and pray for the souls of the late fellows to rest in peace.

Lil Roy has been credited over the years for making educative songs that are mostly based on true stories and he is loved so much by his fans and the northern Uganda music industry players.
