GNL Zamba Acknowledges Lumix Da Don

GNL Zamba aka the Legend of Zamba Ernest Nsimbi goes down Memory Lane in “Dear Hip Hop”.

The baboon Forest rapper has released the retrospective “Dear Hip Hop” produced by Baru.

On the track he talks about his strong love and affection for Hip Hop going as far as calling hip-hop “baby”.

Zamba didn’t let go on what the culture has done for him from day one of his hustle  and how he came up.

“Dear Hip Hop” is a laid back joint on which Zamba takes time to tell his journey and a short story of hip hop in Uganda from Ibraw, Kwesto, Sylvester and Abramz, to Babaluku, Navio, Lyrical G, Lady Slyke, Milka up to GNL and Mulekwa (RIP).

He talks about late Lumix Da Don’s contribution to UG Hip-hop industry taking a note on how he helped spread hip hop in Ntinda back in the days.

It’s a story many young lovers of hip hop haven’t really heard. He tells it from his point of view.
